NOTICE OF DATE, TIME, PLACE AND AGENDA The Minersville Town Council will hold a regular Council Meeting Monday January 5, 2026 at 5:00 pm at the Minersville Town Hall Oath of Office for new Mayor and Council Members. The following is the agenda: Mayor will open the meeting stating the time and date 1. 5:00 Approve minutes from the December 15, 2025 Council Meeting 2. 5:05 Mayor Caleb Evans will make assignments to council members 3. 5:15 Barry Marshall: Sewer business 4. 5:25 Discuss Code of Ethics and Conduct. Training for Open and Public meeting act and new Conflict of Interest Disclosure forms for new year. 5. 5:35 Pay bills 6. 5:45 Other business: Notice: The Town Council may adjourn to Executive Session pursuant to the provisions of '52-4-204 and '52-4-205, Utah Code Annotated (1953), as amended. Electronic Meeting: The Board has adopted Resolution No. 3.2.22 which provides procedures that board members may follow in order to participate in a meeting electronically.
