NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Layton City Planning Commission will hold a Public Hearing on Tuesday, January 13, 2026, at 7:00 PM in the Council Chambers of the Layton City Center, 437 North Wasatch Drive, to review a proposal to rezone approximately 30.58 acres of property from 'A' (Agriculture) and 'R-S' PRUD (Residential Suburban, Planned Residential Unit Development) to 'R-1-10' (Single Family Residential). The property is located at approximately 2746 West Gentile Street.
The hearing will be held at the regularly scheduled Planning Commission meeting. Public comments are welcomed.
