Notice is hereby given that a public hearing will be held before the Cedar City Planning Commission on Tuesday, January 6, 2026, starting at 5:15 p.m. in the Cedar City Council Chambers located at 10 N. Main Street, Cedar City, Utah. Time will be allowed for public comments on the following items: 1. Consider a Transportation Master Plan Amendment of the East side of approx. 2500 North Main Street. 2. Consider a Transportation Master Plan Amendment of the West side of approx. 2500 North Main Street. All in Cedar City, Utah Posted December 23, 2025

Transportation Master Plan Amendment Summary This proposal is to amend the Cedar City Transportation Master Plan by removing a 55-foot master-planned road connecting Wedgewood Lane and Main Street between Canyon Ranch Drive to the North and Canyon Center Drive to the South. This action will remove the segment from the Cedar City Transportation Master Plan map, effectively ending its designation for future public use and access. This proposal is to amend the Cedar City Transportation Master Plan by removing a 55-foot master-planned road connecting Main Street and Canyon Ranch Drive between Canyon Ranch Drive to the North and Canyon Center drive to the South. This action will remove the segment from the Cedar City Transportation Master Plan map, effectively ending its designation for future public use and access.
