NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
2025-2026 BUDGET AMENDMENTS
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Holladay City Redevelopment Agency Board will hold a public hearing on Thursday, January 22, 2026, at 6:30 p.m or as soon thereafter as practical, in the Council Chambers located at 4580 S 2300 E, Holladay, UT. All concerned citizens are invited to attend the budget amendment hearing and to provide comments
The Redevelopment Agency of the City of Holladay proposes to amend its 2025-2026 fiscal year budget by allocating revenues associated with Affordable Housing funds to cover costs related to an agreement to establish affordable housing within the Cottonwood Mall Urban Project Renewal Area.
A copy of the project area budget amendments is available for public inspection on the City's website at http://www.holladayut.gov.
The public can watch the Live Stream of the meeting remotely. To provide a public comment or to comment on any public hearing, you have the following options:
1. In-person attendance at Holladay City Hall or
2. Email your comments by 5:00 PM on the date of the meeting to scarlson@holladayut.gov or call 801-272-9450.

I, Stephanie N. Carlson, the City Recorder of the City of Holladay, certify that the above agenda notice was posted at City Hall, the City website www.cityofholladay.com, the Utah Public Notice website www.utah.gov/pmn, the Holladay Library. It was mailed to all property owners located in the project area, the State Tax Commission, SL County Assessor and Auditor, the taxing entity committee, and the State Board of Education.
