- Mt. Pleasant City hereby gives notice that a Public Hearing will be held to receive public comment regarding the proposed sale and/or disposition of the following two parcels of City-owned property located in the Mt. Pleasant Airport Industrial Park. Public Hearing Date: Monday, December 29, 2025 Time: 6:15 PM Location: Mt. Pleasant City Office 115 West Main Street, Mt. Pleasant, Utah (Council Chambers) Property Descriptions Parcel 1: Beginning at a point N 00°23'26' W 96.51 feet along the section line and west 829.69 feet from the west quarter corner of Section 10, Township 15 South, Range 4 East, Salt Lake Base and Meridian, said point being the northwesterly corner of Lot 7, Mount Pleasant Airport Industrial Park Subdivision, Phase IV; thence S 41°41'16' W 2,004.35 feet along the southeasterly right-of-way line of Air Strip Lane to the true point of beginning; continuing thence S 41°41'16' W 856.44 feet to the northwesterly corner of Lot 1, Mount Pleasant Airport Industrial Park Subdivision, Phase V; thence S 38°51'25' E 118.78 feet along the northerly line of said Lot 1; thence N 40°50'56' E 857.36 feet; thence N 38°11'16' W 106.27 feet to the point of beginning. Containing 2.18 acres of land. Parcel 2: Beginning at the southwest corner of Lot 2, Mount Pleasant Airport Industrial Park Subdivision, Phase 5, recorded as Entry #233237 in the Office of the Sanpete County Recorder; thence N 00°22'26' W 425.81 feet; thence S 64°27'56' E 103.05 feet to the westerly right-of-way line of Air Strip Lane; thence along said right-of-way line S 41°41'16' W 763.76 feet (the chord bears N 41°02'42' E 736 feet); thence N 41°41'16' E 137.07 feet; thence N 72°43'04' W 198.32 feet to the point of beginning. Containing 0.43 acres of land. All interested persons are invited to attend and provide comment. Written comments may be submitted prior to the hearing to Mt. Pleasant City, 115 West Main Street, Mt. Pleasant, Utah 84647. Posted by order of the Mt. Pleasant City Council.
