Mt. Pleasant City hereby gives notice that a Public Hearing will be held to receive public comment regarding the proposed sale and/or disposition of the following two parcels of City-owned property located in the Mt. Pleasant Airport Industrial Park.

Beginning at a point N 00°23'26' W 96.51 feet along the section line and west 829.69 feet from the west quarter corner of Section 10, Township 15 South, Range 4 East, Salt Lake Base and Meridian, said point being the northwesterly corner of Lot 7, Mount Pleasant Airport Industrial Park Subdivision, Phase IV; thence S 41°41'16' W 2,004.35 feet along the southeasterly right-of-way line of Air Strip Lane to the true point of beginning; continuing thence S 41°41'16' W 856.44 feet to the northwesterly corner of Lot 1, Mount Pleasant Airport Industrial Park Subdivision, Phase V; thence S 38°51'25' E 118.78 feet along the northerly line of said Lot 1; thence N 40°50'56' E 857.36 feet; thence N 38°11'16' W 106.27 feet to the point of beginning.
