Public Hearing to receive public comment regarding the proposed FY 2026 budgets for the Emery County General Fund, Special Revenue Funds, Capital Projects Fund, Local Building Authority and Castle Valley Special Service District. The 2026 budget includes a 3% cost of living adjustment for all employees and elected officials and other COLA adjustments as passed
