Notice is hereby given that the Central Wasatch Commission Executive/Budget/Audit Committee will hold a meeting on Monday, December 15, 2025 beginning at approximately 3:30 P.M. You may attend the meeting at the anchor location: the CWC offices located in the Brighton Bank building, 311 S. State Street Ste. 330, or virtually by registering at the below link. Please take notice that a quorum the Board of Commissioners (the 'Board') of the Central Wasatch Commission (the 'CWC') may attend the above-referenced meeting. The agenda for that meeting is accessible here: Utah Public Notice Website, the anchor location, The Salt Lake Tribune, and Deseret News.

3:30 P.M. Opening
1. Chair Erin Mendenhall will open the public meeting as Chair of the Executive/Budget/Audit Committee of the Central Wasatch Commission.
2. Review and approval of the minutes of the October 20, 2025 meeting.
3:30 P.M. Big Cottonwood Canyon Environmental Assessment Public Comment Review
1. The committee will discuss a public comment from the CWC on the Big Cottonwood Canyon Environmental Assessment.
3:45 P.M. Transportation Discussion
1. Staff will request the committee's input on a transportation idea brought by a member of the Stakeholders Council and a member of the public.
3:50 P.M. Budget Committee Structure Discussion
1. The committee will discuss the potential creation of a Budget and Funding Committee.
4:00 P.M. Board Meeting Agenda Review
1. The committee will review the tentative agenda for the January 5, 2026 Board meeting.
4:20 P.M. Stakeholders Council Discussion
1. Stakeholders Council Chair Maura Hahnenberger will discuss the work of the Stakeholders Council and request guidance from the committee.
4:30 P.M. State Appropriations Request
1. The committee will discuss the CWC's 2026-2027 state appropriations request.
4:40 P.M. Central Wasatch Symposium Program Discussion
1. The committee will discuss the 2026 Central Wasatch Symposium.
4:50 P.M. New Commissioners
1. The committee will discuss the addition of new commissioners.

1. Chair Mendenhall will call for a motion to adjourn the Executive/Budget/Audit Committee meeting.
