NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN THAT THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF FOX HOLLOW INFRASTRUCTURE FINANCING DISTRICT WILL HOLD A SPECIAL MEETING ON
TUESDAY, DECEMBER 16, 2025, AT YORK HOWELL, 10610 SOUTH JORDAN GATEWAY, SUITE 200, SOUTH JORDAN, UTAH 84095

C. Consent Items
1. Approve the draft minutes of the board meeting held on December 1, 2025.
D. Public Hearing
1. Take public comment on the tentative operating and capital budgets adopted on December 1, 2025, which are proposed to be adopted as the final operating and capital budgets for calendar years 2025-2026.
E. Action Items
1. Consider approval of Resolution 2025-08: A resolution adopting the final operating and capital budgets for calendar years 2025-2026.
2. Consider approval and ratification of the Reimbursement Agreement dated November 18, 2025, between Fox Hollow Infrastructure Financing District and the City of Saratoga Springs.
3. Consider approval of the proposed Amended and Restated Infrastructure Acquisition and Reimbursement Agreement (Administrative) between the District and SCP Fox Hollow, LLC, and authorizing the District Chair to sign.
4. Consider approval of a tentative District board meeting calendar for calendar year 2026.

1. Discussion regarding process for reimbursements.
2. Open meeting discussion with Board members of any infrastructure financing district business.
