- Regular Board Meeting & Public Hearing of the Washington County Solid Waste District December 8, 2025 Public Notice is hereby given that the Board of the Washington County Solid Waste District will hold a regular meeting and a Public Hearing at the Washington County Solid Waste District located at 325 N Landfill Rd. Washington, Utah on Monday, December 8, 2025, regular meeting & Public Hearing commencing at 5:00 PM. 1. Call to Order a. Consider approval of the agenda. b. Pledge of allegiance 2. Approval of Minutes a. Consider approval of October 6, 2025, meeting minutes. 3. Financial Matters a. Consider approval of September & October 2025 disbursements. b. Consider approval of September & October 2025 budget to actual revenue and expense report. c. Consider approval of resolution on 2025 Budget amendments - To support Washington City in the planned road improvements on Landfill Road, the District will need to adopt a budget amendment. Funding will be reallocated from unused expenditures in the Cell Development and Landfill Gas O&M accounts to cover the project costs. 4. Operational Matters a. Consider approval of 2026 Board Meeting schedule. 5. District Updates a. Jennifer with Republic Services - Education on batteries and the hazards of them ending up in the trash. b. Results for Household Hazardous Waste Day held October 11th, 2025. c. Scale House demolition project completed. d. Update on progress of Landfill Road pavement. e. Thank you to ALL Board members who have served on the WCSW Board! f. Board Member Training for 2025 is complete! 6. Public Hearing a. Public Hearing to consider the resolution to adopt 2026 Final Budget. 7. Adjourn
