NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
NOTICE is hereby given that the Board of Trustees for the Taylorsville-Bennion Improvement District (the District) will hold a public hearing on Wednesday, December 17, 2025, at 3:00 p.m. at the District offices located at 1800 West 4700 South, Taylorsville, Utah 84129.
The purpose of this hearing is to receive comments regarding the adoption of the tentatively adopted 2026 budget. The Tentative Budget for 2026 will be available in the District offices at least seven (7) days prior to the hearing and can be found on the District's website at www.tbid.gov.
Written comments are welcome and can be sent to P.O. Box 18579, Taylorsville, UT 84118 or via email to company@tbid.gov. The deadline to receive written comments via mail or email is 4:00 p.m. on Tuesday, December 16, 2025.
