PUBLIC NOTICE is hereby given that the Planning Commission of Spanish Fork, Utah, will hold a meeting in the City Council Chambers at Library Hall, on the second floor, 80 South Main Street, Spanish Fork, Utah, with a work session commencing at 5:15 p.m., and the Planning Commission Meeting commencing at 7:00 p.m. on December 3, 2025.

4. Zone Change (Public Hearing)
A. GILES ZONE CHANGE. This proposal involves changing the zoning from R-1-6 to R-3 with the Infill Overlay to accommodate the development of a duplex at 32 North 200 East.
B. SWENSON PROPERTY ZONE CHANGE. This proposal involves a request to change the zoning from R-R Rural Residential to I-1 Light Industrial on a property located at 1730 West SR-77.
