PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE Notice is hereby given that the Payson City Planning Commission will conduct a public hearing on Wednesday, December 10th, 2025, beginning at 6:00 p.m. on the following projects: - Zone Change Request #1: Review and recommendation for approval of an amendment to the Payson City Zoning Map. This request would be to change various parcels of land from A-5-H Annexation Holding Zone to the R-1.75 Zone on parcels #29:011:0005, 29:011:0019, a portion of parcel #29:011:0011 (see map attachment #1). Then change to the R-1-9 Zone a portion of parcel #29:011:0005 (see map attachment #1). Change to the R-1-10 Zone parcel #29:012:0030. Change to the RMF-10 Zone parcels #29:012:0026, 29:012:0003, 29:012:0007, 29:011:0013, 29:011:0018, 29:011:0020 and a portion of parcel #29:011:0011 (see map attachment #1). - Zone Change Request #2: Review and recommendation for approval of an amendment to the Payson City Zoning Map. This request would be to change various parcels of land from A-5-H to RMF -10 Zone a portion of parcel #29:023:0030 (see map attachment #2) and a portion of parcel #29:023:0023. This request would also change the following parcels from A-5-H Annexation Holding Zone to the R-1-75 Zone identified as #30:065:0073, 45:197:0004.
