CITY OF WOODS CROSS, UTAH NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING AND MEETING TO CONSIDER PROPOSED SURPLUS and SALE of CITY PROPERTY Notice is hereby given that the Woods Cross City Council will hold a Public Hearing on Tuesday, December 16, 2025, at 6:30 p.m. to receive public comment regarding the City's consideration to declare certain city-owned real property as surplus and available for sale, as described below, pursuant to Utah Code §10-8-2(4) and Woods Cross City Code §3-15-130. The public hearing will be held at Woods Cross City Hall, 1555 South 800 West, Woods Cross, UT 84087.
