- NEW BUSINESS: Update the future land use map: The board has decided to look over the future land use map that was last updated in 2022. This map is found in the 2022 Town of Manila General Plan book. This is being updated due to the future land use map having zones that are not accurate for the current zoning map located in the June 2024 Ordinance Book.
