O-50-2025 AN ORDINANCE OF EAGLE MOUNTAIN CITY, UTAH, REENACTING EAGLE MOUNTAIN MUNICIPAL CODE CHAPTER 3.10.080 REIMBURSEMENT FOR CERTAIN USERS RELATED TO MUNICIPAL ENERGY TAX PREAMBLE WHEREAS, Eagle Mountain City seeks to maintain flexibility and clarity in administering municipal energy tax reimbursement provisions; and WHEREAS, the City Council finds it beneficial to reenact Section 3.10.080 with updated language that restores the City's authority to negotiate and administer reimbursement agreements without restricting flexibility; NOW THEREFORE. BE IT ORDAINED by the City Council of Eagle Mountain City, Utah: 1. The City Council finds that requirements have been completed for the City Council to repeal reenact the Eagle Mountain Municipal Code Chapter 3.10.080 Reimbursement for Certain Users Related to Municipal Energy Tax. 2. The amendment described in Exhibit A is hereby approved. 3. This Ordinance shall take effect upon its first posting or publication.
