Eureka City Hall, 15 North Church Street, Eureka, UT 84628 PUBLIC NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Eureka City Planning & Zoning Commission will hold a Work Session on Wednesday, November 19, 2025, at 6:00 pm and their Regular Meeting at 7:00 pm, at the Eureka City Hall, 15 North Church St., Eureka, UT 84628. The agenda for the meeting is as follows: (NOTE: The agenda may be accelerated, or the line items may be discussed in any order.) 6:00 pm Work Session. 1. Shay Morrison, Community Advisor. 7:00 pm Regular Meeting. 1. Welcome/Roll Call. 2. Pledge of Allegiance. 3. Reading/Approval of the Minutes. 4. Report of Officers - Boards - Committees 5. Discussion/Action Items: A. David Kono - Application for a Conditional Use Permit. B. Russ Johnson - Property/Cottage Home Requirements. C. Discuss Land Use Ordinances. (I) ADU's D. Discuss General Plan. (I) Review & Discuss Draft of General Plan Update. E. Discussion on Permitting for Double Wides or Manufactured Homes. F. Discuss dates for Public Hearing. G. Review of New Building Permits. H. Follow-up on previous Building Permits. 6. Training 7. Other Business. 8. Adjournment.
