Update from Jenna Draper on the UIPA process of the AIB (Authority Infrastructure Bank) loan
Overtime for the Sheriff's department, which would be an additional 5 hours a week.
Ordinance #2025-18 An Ordinance to rescind Title 6.7. Cemetery District, and Title 2.1.Cemetery Board; and to establish a new ordinance, Title 6.7. Fairfield Cemetery.

Discuss Eagle Mountains annexation policy
Resolution R2025-21 A Resolution of the Fairfield Town Council Formally Objecting to the Proposed Eagle Mountain City Annexation Overlap, Affirming Fairfield's Annexation Policy Plan, Documenting Infrastructure and Land Use Impacts Related to Solar Development, and Expressing Concerns Regarding Multi-Entity Land and Mineral Acquisition Structure Within the Project Area.
Town Park update
Vote and approve Fairfield Town Park Change Order to include the History Path, Pickleball Courts, Power, Septic, and Playground concrete.
