NOTICE AND AGENDA
Notice is hereby given that the Eureka City Council will hold their Regular Council Meeting on Monday, November 17, 2025, Meeting will begin at 7:00 pm, 15 North Church Street, Eureka, Utah. Residents that would like to address the Council must submit their questions or concern in writing to the City Office at least 3 hours prior to the meeting. Written comments, which will be read into public record, may be submitted via email eurekacity@eureka.utah.gov. The agenda shall be as follows:

1. Official Canvass of the 2025 General Election Returns.
2. Interviews of Qualified Candidates for two City Council Positions and Appointment by City Council for (2) Two-Year Terms Ending December 2027.

5. PEHP Health Insurance Renewal.
6. America First Credit Union ACH Agreement for Payroll.
7. Ordinance No. 2025-11-17-01, An Ordinance Granting an Electric Utility Franchise and General Utility Easement to Rocky Mountain Power.
8. Ordinance No. 2025-11-17-02, An Ordinance to Vacate an Alley/Road and trading to adjacent property owner for new access road.
