Notice is hereby given that the Duchesne County Planning Commission will meet at 5:00 p.m. at the County Commission Chambers, 734 North Center Street, Duchesne, Utah , on December 3rd 2025 to conduct a public hearing on a request by Jesse Brar for a conditional use permit to operate a guest ranch on Parcels #00-0009-2308 and 00-0033-7567, which is located roughly one mile south of 'The Big 'G'' in Fruitland.
