Description/Agenda: PUBLIC NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that on Thursday, November 20, 2025, Mt. Pleasant City Planning Commission will hold a public hearing starting at the hour of 12:00 p.m. in the Mt. Pleasant City Hall, 115 West Main, Mt. Pleasant, Utah, for the purpose of receiving public comment as follows: 1) AN ORDINANCE AMENDING CHAPTER 10 OF TITLE 10 OF THE MOUNT PLEASANT MUNICIPAL CODE TO REVISE THE COMMERCIAL ZONING REGULATIONS TO REMOVE STAND-ALONE RESIDENTIAL USES AS A PERMITTED USE, UPDATE CODE REFERENCES, AND MODERNIZE TERMS. 2) AN ORDINANCE AMENDING CHAPTER 16 OF TITLE 10 OF THE MOUNT PLEASANT MUNICIPAL CODE TO ESTABLISH A MEDIUM-HIGH DENSITY RESIDENTIAL OVERLAY ZONE. 3) AN ORDINANCE AMENDING AND RESTATING IN ITS ENTIRETY SECTION 030, CHAPTER 16 OF TITLE 10 OF THE MOUNT PLEASANT MUNICIPAL CODE TO AMEND THE PLANNED UNIT DEVELOPMENT OVERLAY ZONE.
