- NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING Notice is hereby given that the Planning Commission of the City of St. George, will hold a public hearing at 5:00 p.m. on Tuesday, November 18, 2025, at St. George City Offices located at 175 East 200 North, St. George, Utah to consider the following: A public hearing will be held to receive public comment on a request to amend the City Zoning Map from C-4 (Central Business District Commercial) to PD-MU (Planned Development Mixed Use) on approximately 1.28 acres to allow for a new mixed-use building. This property is located at 311 West St. George Blvd. The applicant is Rosenberg & Associates, and the representative is Jared Bates. The project will be known as 300 W. Mixed Use.
