ALPINE CITY PLANNING COMMISSION
NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
The Alpine City Planning Commission will hold a Public Hearing on Tuesday, November 18th, 2025, at 6:00 PM at Alpine City Hall, 20 North Main Street, Alpine, Utah.
The purpose of the hearing is to receive public comments regarding the following proposed code amendments:
A potential code amendment to allow indoor self-storage units and luxury condo garages as a conditional use in the Business-Commercial (B-C) Zone. The proposed amendment would affect the following sections of the Alpine Development Code: Section 3.07 (Business-Commercial Zone), Section 3.23 (Conditional Uses), and Section 3.01.110 (Definitions).
