The Town Council of Lynndyl Town will hold a public, details as follows:
Subject: To receive public comment regarding an ordinance repealing a 1955 Document Purporting to Vacate Streets and Alleys

Time: 4:00 p.m. to 4:30 p.m.
Location: 98 E Center St, Lynndyl, UT 84640
The Town Council will take public comment on a an ordinance repealing a 1955 Document Purporting to Vacate Streets and Alleys
Public Hearing Procedures (to be enforced by the chairman of the meeting)
Speaker time: up to 5 minutes per speaker. No yielding time.
One turn per person until all have been heard. A second round only if time allows.
Speakers state name and municipality of residence. Address comments to the Council. Avoid repetition and personal attacks.
Written comments will be accepted through the date of the hearing.
No remote participation will be offered. This is an in-person hearing.
The hearing closes at 4:30 p.m.
After closing the hearing, the Council may take action on the petition, continue the item, or take no action at that time.
