Public Hearing to consider adoption of the Heber City Facilities Master Plan 2025 to 2045 and Impact Fee Enactment Ordinance for Heber City's Culinary Water, Sanitary Sewer, Streets, Storm Drain, Pressurized Irrigation, and Parks & Trails systems.
Public Hearing will occur during the regularly scheduled Heber City Council meeting on November 18, 2025, starting at 6:00 PM.
Notice is hereby given that on November 18, 2025 at 6:00 PM Heber City Corporation will review and consider adopting the amended Heber City Capital Facilities Plans and Impact Fees Written Analysis, hereafter collectively referred to as the 'Master Plan'. The entire Master Plan document will be available starting November 7, 2025 at the Wasatch County Public Library located at 465 East 1200 South, Heber City, Utah 84032 and at Heber City Corporation public offices.
