PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE PROPOSED SALE OF SIGNIFICANT PARCEL OF REAL PROPERTY - 362 W. CENTER ST. MIDVALE CITY NOVEMBER 18, 2025 7:00 P.M. Notice is hereby given that Midvale City will hold a public hearing on Tuesday, November 18, 2025, at 7:00 p.m. in the City Council Chambers, 7505 South Holden Street, Midvale, Utah, to receive public comment regarding the proposed sale of City-owned property located at approximately 362 West Center Street. Property Address: 362 West Center Street Property Size: 2.561 Acres Proposed Buyer: Salt Lake County Legal Description: A PROPOSED PARCEL OF LAND LOCATED IN THE SOUTHWEST 1/4 SECTION 25, TOWNSHIP 2 SOUTH, RANGE 1 WEST, SALT LAKE BASE & MERIDIAN, MIDVALE CITY, SALT LAKE COUNTY, UTAH AND BEING DESCRIBED AS FOLLOWS: BEGINNING AT A POINT ON THE NORTHERLY RIGHT-OF-WAY LINE OF CENTER STREET (7720 SOUTH STREET), SAID POINT BEING NORTH 89°53'16' EAST, A DISTANCE OF 150.68 FEET ALONG THE CENTERLINE OF SAID CENTER STREET; THENCE NORTH 00°06'44' WEST, A DISTANCE OF 49.50 FEET TO THE NORTH RIGHT-OF-WAY LINE OF CENTER STREET; THENCE SOUTH 89°53'16' WEST, A DISTANCE OF 236.62 FEET ALONG THE NORTH RIGHT-OF-WAY LINE OF SAID CENTER STREET FROM THE WITNESS CORNER FOR THE SOUTH QUARTER CORNER OF SECTION 25, TOWNSHIP 2 SOUTH, RANGE 1 WEST, SALT LAKE BASE AND MERIDIAN; AND RUNNING THENCE SOUTH 89°53'16' WEST ALONG SAID NORTH RIGHT-OF-WAY LINE, A DISTANCE OF 429.00 FEET TO THE EAST RIGHT-OF-WAY LINE OF A PROPOSED CHAPEL STREET; THENCE NORTH 00°06'44' WEST ALONG SAID PROPOSED EAST LINE, A DISTANCE OF 260.00 FEET; THENCE NORTH 89°53'16' EAST, A DISTANCE OF 429.00 FEET; THENCE SOUTH 00°06'44' EAST, A DISTANCE OF 260.00 TO THE NORTH LINE OF SAID CENTER STREET AND THE POINT OF BEGINNING.
