NOTICE OF MEETING HISTORIC PRESERVATION COMMISSION CITY OF ST. GEORGE WASHINGTON COUNTY, UTAH Public Notice Notice is hereby given that the Historic Preservation Commission of the City of St. George, Washington County, Utah, will hold a regular meeting at the Administrative Conference Room, 175 East 200 North, St. George, Utah on Wednesday, November 05, 2025, commencing at 5:00 p.m. The agenda for the meeting is as follows: CALL TO ORDER 1. FIRST WEST NEW CONSTRUCTION REVIEW Consider a request for a new hotel and restaurant in the Arts district located at the northeast corner of St. George Boulevard and 100 West Street. 2. MINUTES Consider approval of the meeting minutes of September 17, 2025. 3. PRESETATIONS Kirk Huffaker, Architectural Historian and Preservation Planner Cory Jensen, National Register Coordinator/Deputy SHPO 2. ST. GEORGE HISTORIC DISTRICT NOMINATION Consider submission of registration of the St. George Historic District on the National Register of Historic Places to the State of Utah National Register of Historic Places Review Committee. 3.
