NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING FOR ANNEXATION PETITION
A Petition for Annexation has been filed with Ephraim City proposing the annexation of an area to Ephraim City known as the 'North Meadows Annexation.' The Ephraim City Council received Notice of Certification of the annexation petition on June 6, 2025. A Public Hearing will be held at 6:05 PM on November 5, 2025, at 5 South Main, Ephraim, Utah. The area proposed for annexation is shown in the attached exhibit.
Contains: 15.38+/- acres
A complete copy of the North Meadows Annexation Petition is available for inspection and copying at the office of the Ephraim City Recorder, 5 South Main, Utah, between the hours of 8:30 a.m. and 5:30 p.m., Monday through Thursday, Fridays 8:00 a.m.-12:00 p.m., except holidays.
