b. Public Hearing - Receive Public Comment on the Proposed Rates
c. Action - Discuss and Possibly Approve Resolution 2025-05 Adopting the Proposed Increase in Rates for all District Customers
9. Resolution 2025-05 (Tentative FY 2026 Budget & FY 2025 Additional Revenues and Expenditures) - Discuss and Possibly Approve Resolution 2025-05 Detailing the FY 2026 Budget and the 2025 Budget Additions for Midway Sanitation District
a. Discussion - Discuss the Approved Tentative Budget for 2026 as well as the Additional Expenses and Revenues for the Current Year Budget
b. Public Hearing - Receive Public Comment on the 2026 Proposed Tentative Budget/Resolution and Additional Expenses & Revenues of the Current Year Budget
c. Action -Possibly Approve Resolution 2025-05 Adopting the FY 2026 Final Budget and the Additional Expenses & Revenues of the Current Year Budget
10. (As Needed) Closed Executive Session to Discuss Pending or Reasonably Imminent Litigation, Purchase, Exchange or Lease of Property and/or the Character, Professional Competence or Physical or Mental Health of an Individual
