NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARINGS
The Eagle Mountain City Council will hold public hearings on Wednesday, November 5, 2025 at 7:00 PM or as soon thereafter as business allows, in the Eagle Mountain City Council Chambers, 1650 E Stagecoach Run, Eagle Mountain, Utah 84005. The City Council will receive public comments concerning the following items:
Wastewater Master Plan and Impact Fee Facilities Plan (IFFP):
Eagle Mountain City has prepared an Amended Wastewater Master Plan and Amended IFFP discuss current wastewater system deficiencies, as well as the wastewater improvements required for the anticipated growth of the City. The IFFP looks at the next 10 years, whereas the Master Plan looks at the infrastructure needed for the full buildout of the City. Due to its rate of growth, Eagle Mountain City has fallen behind on some of its infrastructure improvements and has been playing catch up for the last few years. Over the next 5 years several key projects will be required including an upgrade to the wastewater treatment facility, several new sewer pipelines, and upgrades to treated water disposal facilities. This new infrastructure will require approximately $187M in funding over the next 5 years. A copy of the proposed plan and IFFP are available for inspection at the City Recorder's Office and the Eagle Mountain City Library.
