Global Ends #2a: Students will master the objectives of a classical education, including competency in language arts, math, history, science and the arts
Global Ends #2b: 90% of students who have attended OCS for two or more consecutive years will achieve 'proficiency' ( as defined by the USBE standards) in each subject area as reported by the end-of-year state reference tests.
Global Ends #2c: OCS will be ranked in the top decile as measured by end-of-year state reference tests.
Global Ends #2d: Every student continuously enrolled in OCS for at least a year will achieve at least one year's worth of growth( as measured by board approve assessment) in exchange for one year's worth of instruction.
