'Regular Monthly Expenses: Recurring monthly expenses, such as utilities, rent, subscriptions,
office supplies, and/or equipment, do not require a purchase order (PO). These expenses are
considered already encumbered and authorized as part of ongoing operational costs. Proper
documentation and approvals for these expenses are maintained through standard accounting and
financial reporting processes.' -
