NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING Notice is hereby given that the Planning Commission of the City of St. George, will hold a public hearing at 5:00 p.m. on Tuesday, October 28, 2025, at St. George City Offices located at 175 East 200 North, St. George, Utah to consider the following: A public hearing will be held to receive public comment on a request to change the zoning from C-3 (General Commercial) to PD-C (Planned Development Commercial) on approximately 1.75 acres for the purpose of building a hotel. The property is located at 559 East St. George Blvd. The applicant is Rosenberg Associates and the representative is Patrick Darragh. The project is known as St. George Downtown Hyatt.
