a. 617 West Campfire Circle - Accessory Building Setback
i. Applicant: Tiek Design Group on behalf of Shea and Syd McGee
ii. Request: Variance to setback requirements for a 30-foot-tall accessory structure (40-foot setback required)
b. 2241 North Three Falls Way - Swimming Pool Setback
i. Applicant: Northland Design Group on Behalf of Taylor Harrington
ii. Request: Variance to setback requirements for a swimming pool along a fire access road
