- PUBLIC HEARING - Cedar City Planning Commission Notice is hereby given that a public hearing will be held before the Cedar City Planning Commission on Tuesday, October 21, 2025, starting at 5:15 p.m. in the Cedar City Council Chambers located at 10 N. Main Street, Cedar City, Utah. Time will be allowed for public comments on the following items: 1. Consider a General Plan Amendment from Low Density to Medium Density, Low Density to High Density, Medium Density to Low Density, Medium Density to High Density, Medium Density to High Density, and High Density to Medium Density in the vicinity of 800 North 3700 West. 2. Consider a Zone Change from R-1 to R-2-1, R-1 to RN, R-2-1 to R-2-2, R-2-1 to RN, R-2-2 to R-1, R-2-2 to R-2-1, R-2-2 to RN, RN to R-2-2 in the vicinity of 800 North 3700 West. 3. Consider a Development Agreement Amendment for Cedar 106 in the vicinity of 3700 West 800 North. All in Cedar City, Utah Posted October 10, 2025
