PUBLIC NOTICE
Public notice is hereby given of the dates, hours, and locations of Early Voting, Election Day Voting, and Ballot Drop Box locations for the upcoming November 4, 2025, General Municipal Election.
Early and In-Person Voting - Dates, Hours, and Location
Early voting will be held at the Wasatch County Administration Building 25 N. Main, Heber City Tuesday, Oct. 25 through Friday, Oct. 31, 9 a.m. to 4 p.m.
On Election Day (November 4), in-person voting is available from 7:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. at the Wasatch County Administration Building 25 N. Main, Heber City.
If you need assistance with voting (e.g. same-day registration, updating registration, or help casting your ballot), you may do so during early voting or on Election Day, in accordance with state law.
Ballot Drop Box Locations & Deadlines
Completed ballots may be deposited in official drop boxes throughout Wasatch County. Drop boxes will be open 24 hours a day, starting Wednesday, Oct. 15 until Tuesday, Nov. 4, at 8 p.m.
- Wasatch County Administration Building (rear parking lot drive up)
25 N. Main Street, Heber City
- Midway City Offices (rear drive up) 75 N. 100 W., Midway
- Charleston Town Hall (front parking lot) 3454 W. 3400 S., Charleston
- Hideout Town Office (front parking lot) 10860 N. Hideout Trail, Hideout
- Wasatch County Library (front drive up) 465 E. 1200 S., Heber
Voters may drop off ballots at any drop box in the county, regardless of their municipality, up to 8:00 p.m. on Election Day.
IMPORTANT:
All ballots must be in the possession of the county clerk or in a Drop Box by 8:00 p.m. on Election Day to be counted. Late arrivals, even if postmarked on that day, cannot be accepted.

- All registered voters will receive their ballots by mail.
- For those who did not receive a ballot or who need assistance, please reach out to the Wasatch County Clerk's Office at 435-657-3190, clerkauditor@wasatch.utah.gov, or in person at 25 N. Main Street, Heber.
- Be sure to allow sufficient time for ballots to be returned if mailing; using a drop box is often the safest method to ensure timely delivery.
