- NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARINGS NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Box Elder County Planning Commission will hold a public hearing on Thursday October 16, 2025 at 7:00 p.m. or as soon thereafter as possible in the Box Elder County Commission Chambers (Historic Courthouse, 01 South Main Street, Brigham City, Utah) to receive input on the following proposed petition(s): PUBLIC HEARINGS EAST GARLAND COMMUNITY PLAN ZONING, Z25-015, Proposal to amend the Box Elder County zoning map from Unzoned to the Agriculture Heritage Zone (AHZ) for the below described East Garland area: North border - SR30 South border - 12800 North West border - Malad River East border - Bear River AGRICULTURE HERITAGE ZONE, Z25-013, Request to amend various areas of the Box Elder County zoning map from Unzoned to the Agricultural Heritage Zone (AHZ). ORDINANCE TEXT AMENDMENT, Z25-014, Request to amend various sections of the Box Elder County Land Use & Development Code. Any interested parties should plan to attend. Copies of these petitions may be reviewed prior to the public hearing in the Box Elder County Community Development office, Room 34 in the Box Elder County Historic Courthouse.
