CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ST. GEORGE,
WASHINGTON COUNTY, UTAH

Public notice is hereby given that the City Council of the City of St. George, Washington County, Utah, will hold a work meeting in the Administrative Conference Room at the St. George City Offices located at 175 East 200 North, St. George, Utah, on Thursday, October 9, 2025, commencing at 4:00 p.m.
The agenda for the meeting is as follows:
Call to Order
1. Update from the KUER Board.
2. Discussion regarding Convention Center Parking.
3. Discussion regarding SGU Terminal Marketing Agreement .
4. Discussion regarding alley setbacks.
5. Discussion regarding Employee Survey results.
6. Discussion regarding WCWCD Water Shortage Plan, Water Conservation Plan, and other water related items.
7. Request a closed meeting to discuss litigation, security, property acquisition or sale or the character and professional competence or physical or mental health of an individual.
8. Adjourn and reconvene in the City Council Chambers for a Regular Meeting of the City Council.
