Public notice is hereby given that the City Council of Price City, Utah, will hold a Regular Meeting in the Council Chambers, 185 East Main, Price, Utah, at 05:00 PM on 10/08/2025. The Mayor reserves the right to modify the sequence of agenda items in order to facilitate special needs.

4.GENERAL BUSINESS/DISCUSSION
a. QUARTERLY WORKPLACE SAFETY PRIZE DRAWING. Drawing for the quarterly workplace safety prize for qualifying employees.
b. RESOLUTION NO. 2025-22 Consideration and possible approval of a Resolution Authorizing the Fremont Solar PPA Project Transaction Schedule Under the Master Firm Power Supply Agreement with Utah Associated Municipal Power Systems; and Related Matters.
c. CONSTRUCTION ENGINEERING SERVICES AGREEMENT CARBON AVE CANAL CROSSING - Consideration and possible approval of an agreement with Jones & DeMille Engineering (J&D) for construction engineering services for the project. Estimated total cost of $75,500.00 is based upon J&D's current hourly rates.
d. ENGINEERING SERVICES AGREEMENT PROJECT 9C-2025 SPRING WATER TRANSMISSION LINE REPLACEMENT - Consideration and possible approval of an engineering services agreement for the project with Johansen & Tuttle Engineering for $1,942,916.00. Amount represents 12.8% of the total project budget of $15.2 million.
