PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE HENEFER TOWN COUNCIL 10/7/2025 Dearden Annexation Public notice is hereby given that the Henefer Town Council will hold a Public Hearing on 10/7/2025 beginning at 7:00 P.M. at the Henefer Town Building located at 150 West Center Street to review, discuss, and receive public comment on the Dearden Annexation. All interested persons may attend. Questions, comments, or correspondence should be addressed to Henefer Town. For further information, please contact Ashlee Vernon at Henefer Town Building, 150 W Center Street, P.O. Box 112, Henefer, UT 84033 or call (435) 336-5365. In compliance with the Americans with Disabilities Act, individuals needing special accommodations (including auxiliary communicative aids and services) during these hearings should notify the Henefer City Hall at least three days prior to the hearing to be attended.
