Public hearing to receive public comment regarding amending the Fillmore City Municipal Code, Article A: General Commercial Zone, to include single-family dwellings with standards, to remove commercial kennels from the use table, and to include public utility stations as a conditional use permit.

Public hearing to receive public comment regarding enacting Chapter 20: Conditional Use Ordinance to the Fillmore City Code, to include updates to each zone ordinance to reflect the changes made in the conditional use ordinance.
