NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING Notice is hereby given that the South Jordan City Planning Commission will hold an in-person meeting on Tuesday, Tuesday, October 14, 2025 beginning at 6:30 PM in the South Jordan City Hall, located at 1600 W. Towne Center Drive, South Jordan, Utah for the purpose of receiving public input on and reviewing each of the following: - PLPP202500131 - Daybreak South Station Plat 6, Preliminary Subdivision, 5300 W Lake Avenue, LHM Real Estate (applicant) - PLPP202500117 - Daybreak Village 13 Plat 2, Preliminary Subdivision, 11030 S 6710 W, LHM Real Estate (applicant) - PLCUP202500185 - Mackowiak ADU, Conditional Use Permit, 9802 S Evensen Cir, Ryan Mackowiak (Applicant) - PLSPR202500070 - Golden Plaza, Site Plan, 1631 W. 11400 S., Ashley Sudbury; NJRA Architects (Applicant) - PLCUP202500192 - Vision Dance, Conditional Use Permit, 11509 S. District Main Dr., Lisa Bunker (applicant) - Ordinance 2025-17 - PLZTA202500196 -Text Amendment to City Code (§16.04.160 Lots and Parcels, §16.14 Subdivision Amendment, §17.04.060 Public Notices, and §17.08 Definitions Generally) The meeting may also be joined virtually via Zoom.us phone and video conferencing.
