NOTICE OF A PUBLIC HEARING
OCTOBER 14, 2025
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Layton City Planning Commission will hold a Public Hearing on Tuesday, October 14, 2025, at 7:00 p.m. in the Council Chambers of the Layton City Center, 437 North Wasatch Drive, to review a proposal to amend Title 18 'Land Use Development', Chapter 18.01 'General Provisions', Chapter 18.04 'Definitions', and Chapter 18.32 'Lots'; Title 19 'Zoning', Chapter 19.03 'Land Use Application Requirements and Review Process', to adopt development guidelines to update terminology and procedures in accordance with Utah State Code 10-9A-523 for boundary line adjustments.
The hearing will be held at the regularly scheduled Planning Commission meeting. Public comments are welcomed.
