NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
PUBLIC HEARING TO REVIEW THE DISTRICT'S 2025 AMENDED BUDGET AND TENTATIVE BUDGET FOR CALENDAR YEAR 2026
The Board of Trustees of the NWQ Public Infrastructure District the 'District') will hold a Public Hearing at 10:00 a.m. on October 9, 2025, at 1245 E Brickyard Rd Ste 70, Salt Lake City, UT 84106, 95 South State Street, Suite 1150, Salt Lake City, via teleconference. The purpose of the hearing is to take public comment on adopting the District's 2025 Amended Budget as the Final Budget for Calendar Year 2025 and the 2026 Tentative Budget as the Final Budget for Calendar Year 2026. Copies of the Amended Budget and Tentative Budget are available for inspection by the public at the District's principle place of business, at 95 South State Street, Suite 1150, Salt Lake City, UT, 84111.
Members of the public are invited to attend the hearing where they will be given the opportunity to be heard on the estimates of revenues and expenditures or any item in the tentative budget of any fund.
In compliance with the Americans with Disabilities Act, individuals needing reasonable accommodation to fully participate in this hearing should notify Emilee D. Hansen at 303-858-1800 at least one full business day prior to the hearing.
