This meeting will be conducted electronically via Webex Meetings. Agendas, recordings, and meeting minutes can be accessed on the Utah Public Notice site at Utah.gov/pmn. Meetings may be closed for reasons allowed by statute. Motions relating to any of the items listed below, including final action, may be taken. 4:00 pm MEETING CALLED TO ORDER Roll Call 4:05 PUBLIC COMMENTS - Comments will be limited to two minutes per individual as defined by the Open Space Trust fund bylaws. If an individual is unable to attend the meeting via Webex, they may email their comments to Jeniffer Goodman at jgoodman@saltlakecounty.gov by 12:00 pm the day of the meeting to have those comments distributed to the board and read into the record at the appropriate time. 4:10 ACTION ITEM - Approval of Draft Meeting Minutes from the last Open Space Trust Fund Advisory Committee meeting held on Wednesday, May 15, 2025. Action Item: Advisory Committee Vote Required - Minutes approval 4:15 BUSINESS ITEM - Property Discussion Potential Closed Meeting for a Strategy Session to Discuss the Purchase, Exchange, or Lease of Real Property as Authorized by Utah Code Ann § 52-4-205(1)(d). Action Item: Advisory Committee Vote Required 5:00 ADJOURN Action Item: Advisory Committee Vote Required - adjourn approval.
