NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARINGS

The Nordic Valley Sewer Improvement District (the 'District') will hold public hearings on
Wednesday, October 15, 2025 commencing at 6:00 p.m. The physical location of the public
hearings will be at the District Offices located at 2580 North Highway 162, Suite D, Eden, Utah

The purposes of the public hearings will be to receive comment on the following:
A. The imposition of an ad valorem tax levy on real property in the District, the
budgeted amount of which will not exceed $20,000;1
B. The adoption and approval of an amended budget for the calendar year 2025; and
C. The adoption and approval of a budget for the calendar year 2026.2
All members of the public are invited to attend and give comments on the matters set forth
above.
The levy of the ad valorem tax is required to meet costs and expenses associated with the
administration and operation of the District. The amendment of the 2025 Budget is required to
reflect the actual revenues and expenses of the District. The adoption of the 2026 Budget is
required to reflect the projected revenues and expenses of the District.

After the public hearings are completed, the District Board of Trustees may convene a separate
meeting to consider the adoption of resolutions to approve or modify the matter(s) set forth
above or to table the matter(s) for consideration at a later public meeting.
