- Regular Board Meeting & Public Hearing of the Washington County Solid Waste District October 06, 2025 Public Notice is hereby given that the Board of the Washington County Solid Waste District will hold a regular meeting and a Public Hearing at the Washington County Solid Waste District located at 325 N Landfill Rd. Washington, Utah on Monday, October 06, 2025, regular meeting commencing at 5:00 PM and the Public Hearing commencing at 6:00 PM. 1. Call to Order a. Consider approval of the agenda. b. Pledge of allegiance 2. Approval of Minutes a. Consider approval of August 11, 2025, regular meeting minutes. b. Consider approval of September 08, 2025, special meeting minutes. 3. Financial Matters a. Consider approval of July & August 2025 disbursements. b. Consider approval of July & August 2025 budget to actual revenue and expense report. c. Consider approval of proposed 2026 Cost of Living Adjustment (COLA) to pay scale. d. Presentation of the State Auditor's Office 2025 Fraud Risk Assessment e. Consider approval of the 2026 Tentative Budget 4. District Updates a. Successful inspection by Utah Division of Air Quality on 9-17-2025. b. District public outreach for the Town of Springdale's Emergency Preparedness Fair 5. Public Hearing a. Public hearing to consider the resolution to adopt 2026 Master Fees. 6. Adjourn
