- NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING Pursuant to Utah Code Ann. ยง17B-1-643, Washington County Special Service District No. 1 hereby gives public notice of a public hearing to be held at 6:00 p.m. on Monday, October 6, 2025 at 325 N. Landfill Road, Washington, Utah to: (1) consider reasons requiring an increase in fees for services provided by the district, (2) receive public comment regarding said proposed fee increase, and (3) consider approval of a resolution to increase fees for services provided by the district. The services and fees for which the increase is sought are described in Exhibit A attached hereto and incorporated herein by this reference. The public is invited to attend.
