NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
PUBLIC NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Town of Oak City Mayor and Town Council shall hold a Public Hearing in conjunction with the regular Town of Oak City Board Meeting on Thursday, October 16, at 7:30 pm. The location of the Public Hearing is the Oak City Town Hall, 30 W. Center Street, Oak City, Utah. The purpose of this meeting is to receive input from the public with respect to the adoption of Ordinance 2025-03. This ordinance amends the Official Zoning Map and Oak City Town Code, Chapter 155: Zoning, to reflect the addition of a 0.5-acre Rural Residential Zone and change the designations from RR-1 to RR-.4, etc. to be more easily understood.
