ALPINE CITY PLANNING COMMISSION
NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
The Alpine City Planning Commission will hold a Public Hearing on Tuesday, October 7th, 2025, at 6:00 PM at Alpine City Hall, 20 North Main Street, Alpine, Utah.
The purpose of the hearing is to receive public comments regarding the following proposed code amendments:
- Potential rezone of Parcel #11:023:0083 (476 S Alpine Highway) and Parcel # 11:023:0129 (No Address Assigned) from the CR-40,000 Zone to the Business Commercial Zone
- Potential rezone of the northernmost 1/2 acre of 625 S Alpine Highway from the CR-40,000 Zone to the Business Commercial Zone.
- A proposed material change to the Alpine City Hall Park site. The proposed change is a remodel and expansion of the Alpine City Fire Station, (Lone Peak Fire Station 202) located at 50 E 100 N.
