PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE
The Deweyville Town Council will hold a Public Hearing on Thursday, October 9, 2025 at 7:00 PM to discuss the following items:
- Deweyville Land Use Management Code change: Discuss change to animal points recommended by Deweyville Planning and Zoning Commission; limit roosters to 1 rooster per lot in the RR5 zone and 0 roosters in the RR35 zone.
- Nuisance Ordinance 2025-10 - procedures to filing a nuisance report with the town and procedures for abatement of nuisance.
- Ag Protection Zone Ordinance - Creating an Ag protection zone ordinance.
- Speed limit Discussion
This meeting will be held at the Deweyville Town Hall, 10870 N Hwy 38, Deweyville, Utah
